Rich McAdams, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer

Rich is a seasoned small business executive who brings more than 30 years business development, proposal, financial and operations experience to ReliaONE, Inc. including 10 years experience as President of small businesses in the federal IT marketplace prior to founding ReliaONE. Rich holds a BS from the US Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is a combat veteran who served as an Armor Officer in Desert Storm. After leaving the Army in 1991, Rich moved to the Huntsville, Alabama area and spent 9 years in the healthcare industry with a Fortune 50 company in sales and marketing positions. Over the last 18 years, Rich has held Division Manager, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, President, and CEO positions with small businesses that focus in the federal IT marketplace, including a total of 10 years as President of two of those companies, more than doubling one in size and taking the other from 80% reliance on 8(a) direct award contracts to fully competitive small business winning multiple competitive task orders against nationwide competition after graduating from the 8(a) program.


Gary Campbell
Vice President, Commercial Business

With more than 30 years of experience in the Information Technology, Consulting and Software industries as an entrepreneur and business professional Gary has experienced success with numerous ”Start-Ups”. Gary’s first Company, Computer and Management Consulting services, Inc. (CMCS) rapidly grew into a multi-million dollar Information Technology Consulting and Staffing Practice prior to being sold to a national staffing organization. Gary also Co-Founded Icon search and Consulting which became a $40 Million/Year operation in just 3 years. ICON was included in a “Roll-Up” with several other firms and went Public as Acsys Resources which was traded on the NASDAQ. Gary’s prior experience has included serving as National VP of IT Staffing and Manager of the Atlanta Operations for Romac and Associates (now known as Kforce). While serving as VP and Manager of Atlanta Operations at Romac sales doubled year over year for two consecutive years. More recently Gary joined KF Resources Inc. as an owner and CEO to develop the IT Staffing Practice and to assist with the growth of all services lines which now includes Accounting and Finance.


Travis McGrew
Director, Commercial Business Development

Prior to joining ReliaONE, Travis most recently served as the COO of KF Resources. Travis started his career in staffing holding a clearance as a contractor for the CDC, where he provided technical support. From there, Travis, continued his career in the contracting space, this time as a recruiter for Apex Systems. From there he has gone on to serve as; VP of Business Development and Director of Recruiting. Travis has worked in the Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia markets throughout his career. Travis Attended James Madison University and Majored in Business Administration. 


Jeremy Capshaw
Director, Commercial Recruiting

Prior to joining ReliaONE, Jeremy was the Director of Recruiting at KF Resources, Inc. He began his recruiting career in 2014 as an IT Recruiter with KF where he specialized in placing Information Security, GRC, Technology and IT audit professionals. He finished his first year on team KF Resources at #2 on the scorecard and was the top Information Technology producer for KF Resources.
